• Assisted with distributing 60,000 Free Books to school-age children
  
• Tutored at Snapfinger Elementary School for 3 years

• Sponsored Awards for the Peachcrest Elementary School Reading Bowl

PROGRAMS & ACTIVITIES

READING & COMPREHENSION PROGRAMS

Delta LDC has worked with numerous DeKalb County Schools to provide reading and mathematics tutorial assistance to low performing students in Preschool through 5th grade.

Our past summer reading programs included a five-week effort to offer stimulating activities led by experienced teachers and volunteers, using engaging materials that can be used at home to encourage independent reading by the student participants.

Delta LDC is dedicated to providing community outreach programs centered around the following:
